The murder case was dismissed after Preliminary Hearing and before the Trial Date. The client had a credible self-defense argument. We presented a PowerPoint timeline and videos of the serious threat posed to the client by the attacker, who also battered a car and threatened the driver, the client’s stepson, and also battered the client’s ex-wife just before the attacker was shot and killed.
