Therefore, it is important to consult a firm with expertise in this area of the law to ensure that the deceased's assets are distributed correctly.

Litigation - My firm represents and advises clients who are or might become involved in a lawsuit involving personal injury claims, general civil and business law, contract disputes, and commercial matters. We take reasonable steps to resolve the underlying dispute or conflict. If necessary we proceed with litigation.

Criminal - My firm has extensive experience defending the rights of people arrested and accused of criminal offenses. I handle all types of criminal cases, including minor infractions and misdemeanors and more serious felonies. Cases defended have included drunk driving, drug posession, narcotics sales, theft and grand larceny, white-collar fraud, embezzlement, sex offenses, arson, and conspiracy.
