Andrew Dosa has over eighteen years of legal
experience in helping clients in all types of cases with personal
care and attention. He is
admitted to practice in all California state and federal courts,
including the Supreme Court of California, the California Courts of
Appeal, the Superior Courts of California, and the United States
District Courts in California.
Mr. Dosa received his law degree from the
University of San Francisco and his undergraduate degree from the
University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Dosa is a member in good
standing of the California State Bar Association, the Alameda County
Bar Association, the Christian Legal Society, and the Consumer
Attorneys of California. He co-authored "Estate Planning From God's
Perspective", and contributed to the technology column of the
California Lawyer.
In addition to
his private practice, Mr. Dosa has been employed as an Adjunct
Professor at National Hispanic University in Oakland, and as an
instructor in the paralegal program at California State University
at Hayward.
He has also
served as a Judge Pro Tem in the Alameda County Superior
Court, in the Alameda San Leandro-Hayward, and
Fremont-Newark-Union City Judicial Districts.
